What you've described is not something we would expect and we are sharing your experience with our Quality Assurance Team. Through our research and testing, we found that if the can is not shaken vigorously (30-60 seconds) before each use, and sprayed upright the product will not come out consistently. This is because the antiperspirant ingredients weigh more than the propellant. The antiperspirant ingredients will settle to the bottom of the can in between uses. Please take note that if the can is not shaken before each use, and sprayed upright, only the propellant will come out. Eventually, the propellant will run out, leaving behind the antiperspirant.
