Don't let brown spots or mildew block your path to a beautiful, green yard. Scotts DiseaseEx Lawn Fungicide prevents disease before it appears disease at the first sign of symptoms. For Scotts spreaders, use a setting of 2.25 for the preventative rate or 3.75 for the curative rate. For Scotts drop spreaders, use a setting of 4 for the preventative rate or 5.5 for the curative rate. For Scotts Wizz, use a setting of 3.25 for the preventative rate.

Excellent Product

I'm located in Northern NJ. In 2024 brown spot devastated my front yard and I had to repair and reseed over 50% of the yard. Again, in early June 2025, I noticed early stages of brown spot and applied Disease-Ex at recommended curative setting. After 1 week, didn't notice much improvement, but fungus did not expand. Second week I noticed some improvement and same in 3rd week. It's now the 4th week and it's all gone and green grass once again! I plan to apply another application in a few weeks as preventative. I got lucky and caught brown spot early on. I also stopped using my E-Go electric mulching mower as not to spread fungus to other parts of the yard. Last 4 weeks I have been using my Honda mower and bagging. All good now and very pleased with my actions and Disease-Ex.

I used this product and I’m actually afraid that it killed my grass instead of reviving it. I have never had the brown spots and patches that I do now since using this product. They multiplied. Absolutely disgusted by what has happened since applying this to my lawn, never again. Now I have to go spend MORE money to get a better product to fix the damage that was done by using this stuff. Stay far away from it or you’ll regret it.
