I got this from a friend. I had surgery on my shoulder and this has made me so much easier. i don’t need someone to assist me in the bathroom during my recovery.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I year ago, and am so happy I got this product. Everyone should have one. I've had no problems with it except for the top lid. For what ever reason the part to the back right broke and it no longer slow closes and clicks when opening and closing. I see that the plastic part is not very strong and began to break in 2 places. This part could be stronger.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Overall, this brand's products are quite good. Over the past eight years, I’ve purchased two products of different designs. I don’t like the noise from blow dryers, so I appreciate that this brand offers products with only heating pads and rinse functions, without the blow-drying feature. However, during use, I noticed some minor issues, mainly related to water leakage. Both products started to experience this problem after about two years of use. I believe the company could do more to prevent leakage. Even with this issue, I still like the product, but I hope the company can provide more support for leakage repairs.

purchased the first one about 3 years ago and now purchased the second one less than 1 year ago. They are a good investment and work great. I tell friends that after a vacation besides my house and pets, the bidet toilet seat is third on my list.

I have received this new bidet seat at last Friday and installed at my master bathroom, This is a really great bidet and It does everything you would expect from a bidet and here are couple of things why you will love it. 1. it's great price ($199) with valuable features & functions, 2. It is just easy to install and anyone can do installation without problem, 3. It’s really easy to use, simple, specially awesome remote control included, it’s easy to figure out and you can customize your experiences from the temperature of the water to direction and pressure, and can control the water and seat temperature as well as the water pressure and position and can see the controls directly instead of trying to fumble with buttons or levers on the side of the seat. I would absolutely recommend everyone, it's a new world for your bathroom.
