Great for the price! I only have one cat and it fits everything needed to make him cozy and feel safe. We live in the west but will plan on attaching insulated cover for night time. Assemble was easy, took about 3 hrs ( did it myself & 6 months pregnant) suggest using a drill so you dont have to hand screw it all together.
