Soooo good I’m actually addicted to this, love the chewy rice cakes and flavor. It’s very spicy so be careful with how much buldak sauce you use. Only complaint is you don’t get very much for 4$, you might as well buy the whole pack of Buldak Carbonara for 8$

I LOVE Buldak and tteokbokki, so this is one of my favorite comfort foods. The bouncy texture of the tteok makes my brain happy. I like to let it sit in the microwave for an extra minute or two before taking it out because I feel like it makes it a little softer. I also like adding some freshly grated Parmesan and a little cream to make it extra creamy and rich.

I bought your buldak carbonara tteokbokki on 11/22/25 at Target and it had white spots and a strong nail-polish smell. I did not eat it. Exp: 08/16/26. Please review this batch and explain what caused it. I can send photos. I’m very concerned I don’t wanna get my lawyer involved. This is so unacceptable.
