Piece of crap
Would never buy a flip again. Still have roughly another year to pay off on it and i have had to have the screen replaced under warranty because of faulty screen, which i had to factory reset for and loose all my stuff. Few months later same issues. Such a crap phone for the price. Can't even get the screen replaced for the second time because itll cost more to do than the phones worth. Waste of money.

Poor quality.
I had this phone for 10 months when it shut down due to broken hinges which were no fault of mine. Samsung repaired it, I have had it back 2 months and it's done it again. Will never own a flip again.

Poor battery life and fold glare annoying
I bought this for a few months and wish i didn't get it. The battery life is awful. The phone basically lives on the charger and always needs to be considered before going out. And the phone fold glares in your eyes when driving with maps. With the benefit of hindsight i would of bought a standard phone with a higher battery life and storage space. Lesson learned...

Very Frustrating
Love the look of the phone and flip is great but software is very frustrating. Help desk are hopeless 😔 issues with temporary mute. Issues with email. Certain saved samsung old ringtone etc won't work on new phone even after downloading. I like the feel of the phone. The flip thus far is great. I'm a long time samsung user and this is the first time I'm disappointed with my upgrade. I'd still be with my A8 2018 but it ran out of space even with a 132GB SD card for all my photos etc but apps took up too much space. This flip5 is huge 512GB so that is not an issue. I feel that integration with some previous apps I used now pose problems so it is a software problem not a hardware problem.

not a gimmick at all!
Have had for 3 weeks so far and it's great! Completely changes my relationship with my phone. Flip to hangup or answer is great. Using apps on back screen is great fir quick reply or Spotify etc. Reduces the chance I do something else while using phone and has reduced my screen time.

The compact size is very well designed.
This is a great phone I had all models and I love them it just keeps getting better. As much as I love thos phone I have my eyes on the s24 ultra as my next one everything about it looks amazing. Hopefully I get my hands on one and I'll have a update for everyone soon. Keep doing what you do Samsung, always taking the bar the next level. 👌

Cool and usable.
I liked the idea of a small pocket space phone but with a normal screen on opening. Found it to work perfectly and be handy to just use the front screen.

Great Phone
The more I have got into this phone the happier I am - However, I think that the "Good Lock" system should have been installed from the start and not some restrictive window that limited me to only a few apps from day one - I have been a Samsung owner for many years, this is my first "Flip" phone and so far do not regret the purchase

. The original Z flip up thru 4 Great! But the 5 missed the mark with large outside screen outside.

I purchase my flip in September 2023 and do not regret my purchase. Apart from taking fantastic photos I love the fact that it flips closed to half the size and fits in my smaller handbags or comfortably in my pocke
