Gift for wife
I purchase this for my wife as a replacement for her Garmin whose watch band disintegrated and she had always had problems operating. Since she has a Samsung Galaxy phone I figured it would be an easy switch for her, and I was right. The only currently recognized draw back to this watch is the battery life. My wife's Garmin would last for four days on a charge. The watch 7 is lucky if it gets 2 days. It's very difficult to gauge sleep and movement when you have to constantly take your watch off to charge.

While the watch it does what it supposed to do I find that the battery life is not that great. I had Samsung watch in the past, one of the first ones, about 8 years ago, but the battery lasted longer. You have to make sure you charge it at least once a day. The good think is that charges fairly quick.

One of the best upgrades I made this Black Friday.
Just upgraded from the Galaxy Watch 4. There are definitely a few more features that I can enjoy on this model that weren't on the previous generation. I feel more involved with the interactive tech in this watch.

great but not so great
excellent watch, but got some meh. performs well, i can do much things with it, but the stress sensor must but out a little, because when i felt so stressed, it only detects my stress level medium (what?!), it cant detect my workout automatically (have to manually start it), and i feel frustrated the camera app only available when it connected to flagship phones (i hope you guys make it available to all models in the future on next update). display is awesome. battery is meh (so sad) my watch can only lasts a day or less with fully charged battery. i need more so i can use my watch to sleep monitoring. overall. i can recommend this watch good.

Battery life
Battery does not last long...have to charge watch at least twice a week. Otherwise, watch is good for other things.

Upgraded but not thrilled
I had to get a new Samsung watch because the new phones do not support my Samsung Gear S3 Overall, not thrilled with the Galaxy Watch 7. Can't use my favorite watch face on it...So much extra junk on it that you can't remove...Seems like I need to go to extra steps to view text messages the new watch, and can' t make a Messages tile on the watch...and I think my Gear S3 has better battery life.

Cool watch, terrible battery life.
The watch itself is quite an upgrade from the Active 2 that I had before, that being said, the battery life on the 7 is terrible. Having to charge the watch so often renders the sleep monitoring functions useless. I probably wont buy another Samsung watch until the battery life issue is addressed.
