One of the best upgrades I made this Black Friday.
Just upgraded from the Galaxy Watch 4. There are definitely a few more features that I can enjoy on this model that weren't on the previous generation. I feel more involved with the interactive tech in this watch.

Battery life
Battery does not last long...have to charge watch at least twice a week. Otherwise, watch is good for other things.

Upgraded but not thrilled
I had to get a new Samsung watch because the new phones do not support my Samsung Gear S3 Overall, not thrilled with the Galaxy Watch 7. Can't use my favorite watch face on it...So much extra junk on it that you can't remove...Seems like I need to go to extra steps to view text messages the new watch, and can' t make a Messages tile on the watch...and I think my Gear S3 has better battery life.

Watch Update Issues
Galaxy 7 (SM-L310) is my first smart watch. It has never updated from One UI v6.0. The latest version is 8.0. My phone has been reset and it still won't update. Please help!

Watch functions well.....I am very impressed with the body composition feature. Sleep data is basic......not as much detail as Oura.... Other app features like WhatsApp and telephone are quite convenient when my phone is not on my person.

I prefer the watch design of the 7 to the 8, so I ordered this one. The trade in was good, and the watch looks awesome. The color is subtle, and the band is surprisingly comfortable. Great battery life and display quality. Highly recommended.
