If your watch is paired with a Samsung phone you can use Samsung Members to perform a diagnostic on your watch battery. If it passes the test, you'll know the battery is in good condition. It's also important to make sure that your apps as well as the watch itself are up to date with the latest software available. Sometimes apps may have a bug that causes them to use excessive battery, make sure all your apps are up to date for the best performance.
