The only flaw is a tiny crack in the back glass, but it's barely noticeable and doesn't affect the phone's overall appearance. No connection

Can't get service with phone for some reason and noone will help. Been 20 days since phone was bought. 3rd party sold it and they have no contact info for them. I feel scared and target let it happen.
