Pretty functional but I'm still learning new tips and tricks. Camera works well and editing is easier than my previous S8. Prefer this screen over the "Infinity" screen of my previous S8. Note - Bought 2nd hand with 5 yr warranty.

So im a small youtuber and I like to watch use and upload videos and it keeps laying so I don't bother with games its ok for simple tasks but for anything at all power consuming it is not very practical and also the back plastic is falling off it good for older folk but im going to grab an iPhone kind regards rhys

Recently my Microsoft apps keep forgetting recent files that I have opened. I get an exclamation mark in a triangle suggesting there is a problem with Onedrive. After many discussions with Microsoft I would like to uninstall and reinstall the Onedrive app, but I don't seem to be able to do that.

I had to buy this phone as my s23 ultra was damaged and unrepairable. This phone feels quite a bit slower, glitch and battery life is almost unusable for my daily needs. Camera not the best and slow to focus I would only recommend this phone for light use and as someone's first phone possibly.

Fast peeformance but inadequate battery life for normal use. I sent it back.

Absolutely no marks on the screen, no screen burn, came with a screen protector + phone case which I absolutely loved. Battery health is good too, no complaints there. Overall very good phone, nice to look at and even nicer to use.

To be honest, it's over engineered, simple things like revolving a photo, is so complicated, any one over about 55 yrs, will have to go to university for up to a year, just to learn how to do the most basic things Google job we have Google, and YouTube, otherwise i would have been well and truly lost. Luckily, ido have grandchildren, who can help, even then, they sometimes struggle. I would still prefer my old J4, but it was too slow. And I need edit to use it for CCTV camera s

Battery life is very poor, goven normal use lasts 10 hours.

Terrible experience. Mobile won't stay connected to mobile network. Drains battery trying. Upgraded sim and tried several resets. Total waste of my time. Returned once and no repair. Have lost hours of time and missed important messages etc. Fed up.

It's second hand but the battery is good and the screen is clean and working well. Annoying double tap when typing though hence 4 star. Camera is very good front and back. But I want the new s25 ultra my partner has it and that phone makes this one look budget

I love it my old phone I hated ( ao4s samsung ) wasn't very great

The battery is really good (it lasts long without battery saver mode on). I love the customisation I can do to it.

S25 ultra rubbish won't charge not a satisfactory repair service offered. Not even 3 months old!!

A lot faster and smoother phone with extra features

Does the job but like my other previous Samsung phones often does the moisture detection problem but fortunately this phone supports wireless charging so I have a alternative way.
