I love this phone. It is a factory unlocked sm-g991u1. No bloatware, worked on any tower. Has a MEID and is official. I'm very happy with my purchase and I'd love to thank whoever picked this phone out for me. It's not carrier unlocked, it's factory unlocked. Awesome deal... very happy with my purchase. Not working malfunctioning
Took 2 weeks to get it activated because it was not unlocked and finally we got it unlocked and then the SIM CARD had issues and we replaced it and now sim card tray error is happening now...Esim cannot connect and the tray for sim is malfunctioning. Too late to return it says but I really would like an exchange if I could I buy my family and I phones from this company!

Isn't worth paying $800 but definitely worth the sale price of $200
Compact packaging so mailman was easily able to fit it inside mailbox. Phone was packed properly to avoid any damage while in transit. Fully reset so had no issue with initial setup. Was concerned at first because T-Mobiles start up screen (after Samsung popped up) came on. Fixed after simply inserting my sim card (for another carrier) and restarting phone. So it was fully unlocked but it still shows the T-Mobile start up screen anytime the phones turning on. Only reason I'm rating 4 stars is because the volume button was sticky and there's some noticeable scratches on screen. After a screen protector and a q tip with isopropyl alcohol I can't notice any scratches or button stick. Overall it's well worth the $200 I paid (on sale) but don't pay the full price unless you want to be another customer rating 1 star 😒

Like many others, I purchased the phone because it said it was unlocked. Guess what? It's not! It is PARTIALLY unlocked; as in not stolen. It is only unlocked to the service provider it was sold through originally. In my case AT&T. I'm guessing the reviews that say it's a great phone just got lucky and had the same provider the phone was initially purchase through. I contacted Samsung directly thinking they could help me seeing as though "the Samsung team" is who responds to the reviews but they couldn't do anything except tell me to turn it on with AT&T hahaha. In my opinion Target should pull these from their site since they are being sold under false pretenses.

Not an unlocked phone / Took forever to Ship
The seller is full of it, misleading title. The phone is locked to Verizon so you need a verizon Sim to activate it. Not an unlocked phone DO NOT BUY.

Don't buy refurbished
The phone runs super slow, it doesn't show notifications until I'm in the app and then it will pop notifications up from hours ago.

Undisclosed Damages
Phone has cosmetic damage to corners. It would have been nice to know that it had cosmetic damage to the corners. Most likely, the phone was dropped and that's why there is damages to the corners. I just hope the phone isn't damaged on the inside.
