After phone got put on charger for charging phone shutdown and would not start back up, no help for service department, , phone looked nice but fail in 60 days

First, ensure that the phone is charged for at least 10 minutes using a Samsung-approved charger, as using a non-certified charger might not provide enough power. Check the charging port and cable for any physical damage, dust, or debris, and clean them gently if needed. If the phone still doesn’t power on, you can try pressing and holding the Side key and the Volume Down key simultaneously for more than 7 seconds to restart it. Products sold by Samsung are warranted against manufacturing defects in material and workmanship for the limited 12-month warranty period specified for each product. We also provide the option to add additional coverage with Samsung Care+ on eligible devices, which offers extended protection and additional support. All eligible mobile devices can be enrolled on Samsung.com at the time of device purchase, or within 60 days of device purchase at samsungcareplus.com. Stay away from this seller
The quality is bad, scratches, and scuffs everywhere. Also the phone is not as described. No matter how it looked. I was still willing to keep it. Come to find out it's not unlocked, even though the description says is unlocked.. cannot use any other network besides Verizon. Let me.

No IMEI or Baseband version. Both say UNKNOWN
I tried to put a SIM card in my phone and it would not recognize it. So I thought it was my SIM card, so I waited until I went into town to get a new one (which I live in a small town so it took a while before going to the city) and its then I find out that the phones IMEI is UNKNOWN...BLANK. So it won't let me put any SIM card in. The Baseband is also UKNOWN. So how can I use this phone at all if there is no IMEI number? I have to say I have not kept up with techhnology like I used to so I am at a loss as what to do. So right now i have a really small tablet and NO PHONE>

I bought this phone for my husband and it was a bad decision. Tech issues and the phone doesn’t seem to be fully unlocked.

I'm so impressed with this phone. I'm terribly hard on mobile phones, drop them all the time, jog with them, and they tend to get water damaged :) so I elected to buy refurbished. This is a FANTASTIC phone for me at a fraction of the price. Very happy with it.

Consistent quality
This is the 4th phone I have purchased through them (all Gallaxy S20 FE) and everytime I know I don't have to worry about my purchase. Phone comes in good used condition with no issues at all. Now my whole family all has the same phone and we are all very happy with them.

Decent phone.
Currently have this setup for Pure Talk. Added APN, changed Network mode to LTE/GSM/UNITS. Showing 5G but I have a non data service. The phone may not auto configure or recognize local network if "Network mode" in settings is set to "GLOBAL". Received phone in very good condition, with slight but noticeable wear marks. Decent phone.

Great Phone But Having Technical Problems
Great phone in great condition but it's not compatible with my Sim card despite it saying the phone is unlocked. I've been able to get support from Verizon and Tmobile, but it's been a big hassle. The description should not have said the phone is unlocked, it's compatible with Verizon only it seems.
