Gold Samsung Ring
I was very pleased with my ring during the first several months of use. It performed well, and the battery life was excellent, lasting up to four days on a single charge. However, after about four months, the gold finish began to fade significantly.Now, at approximately 11 months of ownership, the battery life has declined dramatically. I currently need to charge the ring every 12 hours and often have to carry the charger with me throughout the day. This is a major disappointment considering how well it performed initially.While I appreciated the ring in the beginning, the decline in both appearance and battery performance within the first year has been frustrating

Dead after 370 days
The ring is now useless, except as a piece of jewelry. I owned an Oura ring prior to this and the only reason that I traded it in for this one was I believed it was going to be a quality Item as other Samsung products are. However, that is not the case with this ring. Tracking was never as good as my watch, the battery gave out exactly 370 days of wearing it. If you are serious about tracking your health, this isn't for you. I am going back to Oura. FYI, I am a loyal Samsung customer who always has to have the latest and greatest. I should have waited to buy until they tested it more.

It automatically records all of my exercising and sleeping habits without having to reach for my phone it takes care of all my health information and is always updating g whe. I reach milestones it makes it easy without having to go into samsung health on phone and start workouts I can start running, walking or using weights and it automatically records all the information I need. Samung is and always will be the only products I buy and use galaxy AI for.

battery failed
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The battery failed just after the warranty period of one year. This appears to be a problem that is well documented (do a quick search). I only used this during sleep, but maybe spending time on a charger daily was too hard on it. customer support was not very helpful and it was going to be very expensive to fix this. I have zero confidence that a fix would last more than a year. Shame on Samsung the way they treated people who purchased these rings.

Steer clear of this ring!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] So have had the ring a little over a year. It's been good until fairly recently. Battery life has dropped to barely a day. Apparently this is a widely complained about issue and is known to Samsung. Of course this happens right after the warranty. Samsung is refusing to do anything other than pay a stupid amount to send it in to be evaluated. For the price just going to switch to a more reliable brand. Do yourself a favor and do not get this ring!

Amazing for sleep and extra data, battery didn't l

Only downside is the battery has degraded greatly. Only have had the device for 13 momths year and I have to charge 1-2 times a day now and it's out of warranty by 1 month. Was good. Now, horrible
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Ok, so when I first got the ring it was amazing for the first few months. After a few months it went to having to charge every 7 days to 6 days, then it gradually got lower and lower. Now on a good day I get twelve hours, but normally 8 hours. I got it for sleep measurement, but if I dont charge before bed I won't get the data. If I had known this was meant to be a disposable product at a few hundred a pop, I would have shopped elsewhere. I am a samsung fan, phone, watch, laptop, tablet, love em all. But the ring is a dud, unfortunately. Don't get it til they fix issue, possibly in next version or model.

Lasted 16 months
Well, it happened. Had problems with the battery from the very beginning. Returned it twice. Received a new one and had for 16 months. I told myself I will take it off when I fully charge it at night and the battery dies before I wake up. It happened.... No longer wearing it. I sorta liked it. Would I buy another one? No. I'm a loyal Samsung person and own just about everything they make. This is the first product that I'm not satisfied with. Stick with just a watch, not both.

Great Watch Replacement
I loved my galaxy watch (5 golf edition). I definitely got my money's worth. But i noticed I wasn't using my watch to the fullest potential and felt that all i really needed could be gained from the ring. The ring is perfect. I hardly notice it on my finger. As a guy, it has that masculine look, pairs well if you are married with your wedding band. The charge lasts so much longer too, I charge mine once a week with charge to spare. I find it's more accurate with it's readings than my watch was, but that's not knocking the watch, more so praising the ring. I used my watch for the trade in value, and the process was super simple. If you're not trading in, you're going to get more value than I am going to get without. I'm glad I stuck with Samsung on this technology, it paired easily with my phone. Must buy.
