Waste of time and money
It will not connect to any network. I’ve paid for many SIM cards and companies and it will not work! Many hours spent on troubleshooting. I should say hours wasted.

Dont recommend
This phone have problems, it freezes when using and spots on the screen aren't picking up my finger. So it's literally broken in a area through the screen sensitivity.

compatible?
buying phones from target confuses me but I really liked this one. It says its not compatible with Verizon but it also says its unlocked? I've been used it for the past two years with Verizon so ig it works. I'm ordering another one because mine cracked but it lasted a long time. I hope the second one is still compatible with Verizon

Very disappointed
The phone was in excellent shape. But was not unlocked. And no one could help me. Had to return it. I’m still waiting on my return and it’s been 6 days!! Very disappointed.

Awesome phone
I was leary about purchasing a refurbished phone, but this one works great! It has some minor scratches on the glass and casing but for $200 less than brand new its totally worth it! Highly recommend!

No Ring
I purchased the Note 9 from Target about 5 months ago. Not Target's fault, but twice the volume got turned all the way down by the phone, not by me. Could not hear phone or texts. I did not know and my son in law drove 30 miles to see if I was Ok. The second time an elderly woman down the street needed help because her husband had fallen, injuring his head, and was not able to get up. Both times i called Samsung and was told different things to do to stop the problem. Now I have to constantly check to make sure the ringer volume is where it should be.

I bought 2 of this cellphone recently, first one is purple on Feb, that one is pretty nice conditions, just only one slight scratch on the screen, battery health is over 95%. And then, I bought another one which is blue on Apr, this one is not good. First, the Bluetooth function has some problem, when I use the BlueTooth headset to make a phone call, both I and the other side people can hear my voice echo ( the purple one has not this issue-“same BlueTooth headset”), second, the battery health is poor, only got 84%, that means this battery probability need to replace very soon. And the last thing, I bought the first one on Feb, the price was 379.99, after 2 months，I bought the second one price was 389.99, which means I pay more money to get the worse cellphone. I post the screenshot from the professional software testing result to prove.

Some things are too good to be true....
I bought this phone to replace my Samsung Galaxy Note 5 that I was using on Total Wireless, an MVNO of Verizon. I'm giving it 3 stars because the phone is not truly unlocked. The phone itself is immaculate, as if it it is brand new. No complaints with the device that I received other than I was shipped a knockoff OEM charger that overheated the phone. Luckily I still had my original Samsung Fast Adaptive charger from my previous phone and it worked perfectly with the new one.
HOWEVER...who needs an immaculate phone if it doesn't work properly? The phone will make and receive phone calls. It will send and receive basic SMS text messages. What the phone won't do is utilize mobile date (the stuff that drives all the apps on our phone) and the phone will not send or receive MMS picture messages. The apps will work if you are on WiFi, but not picture messaging. This is all because the phone is LOCKED to Verizon's APN settings and will not update and recognize my carrier's APN. This was all discovered after numerous phone calls and chat sessions with Total Wireless and Verizon over the past two weeks.
I do love the phone, but unfortunately I must return it. Once my return is processed, I will update my review to reflect my interaction with the seller, if any.

Great phone
I have had this phone for a week now and I absolutely love it. Activated very easily with Verizon. It has been much better then I was expecting. I was expecting to see small scratches on the body of the phone but nothing. It looked brand new when I got it.
