Worried about zipper wear and tear
I like the cooler, I am however already worried about the wear and tear on the cooler zipper top. It’s very tough to unzip and unless you unzip the entire way you risk damaging the cooler. Our guest have unzipped the cooler and pulled the lid open but because the zipper wasn’t entirely unzipped they pried the top open, using the top of the cooler to help unzip it. I fear it’s going to be damaged soon. In the future it would be nice to make the soft cooler zippers a bit different

Love these size and weight. Zipper is tough to zip at first. Hoping it gets easier to zip with use. Disappointed I didn’t get the free white sparkle travel mug with my order as was advertised when I made the purchase.

Great size and color!
Love the size and color of my new 20 can soft side cooler! The personalization I had added turned out sweet too. Only taking it down a star because I can barely unzip it. Hoping this loosens up before the zipper pull breaks.
