Poor packaging and run smsll

Normally I wear 10-10.5. These slippers were supposed to fit 10-11 feet and my heels were hanging off the back. Also the tag was placed in the plantar area and goes into the literal shoe. There was absolutely no way to remove to tag without the plastic getting stuck inside the sole of the shoe and yes you can feel it. Unfortunately these didn’t work bc they were cute and very comfortable
