Very pretty, but defective

Very pretty earrings. However, I was disappointed that a couple of the cut and polished stones were scratched/scuffed. Not willing to pay $169 for a defective product. I had to send them back and they were not able to send a new pair. I could not get a good picture since the stones are opaque.
