Clasp
Ok the pearls were great, could not ware them until we get a jeweler to upgrade the poor clasp that came with the pearls. Most likely will not buy from you again

Clasp Not Strong Enough
This is a gorgeous necklace, and the pearls are amazing, but the fish hook part of the clasp bent out of shape the first time I wore it and broke in half the second time. I managed to gerry-rig it so I can wear it, but I am probably going to have to take it to a jeweler to replace the clasp.

Beautiful piece
My wife loves it but the clasp was too short and difficult to use because her thumb (and mine) got caught up on a pearl. It was easy, but not inexpensive to remedy. Had a local jeweler replace the clasp with a lobster claw clasp with an extra half inch of chain on both ends.

Cheap Clasp
I was very disappointed to see the clasp once it arrived. This will never be able to be put on by my wife alone as you need to be a mechanic to work the clasp. Necklace looks great, its just a shame that that the clasp is the most important part of successfully wearing it.

Poorly packaged
The item is pretty much as described. The pearls themselves do show a variation in coloration. Most disturbing was a poor quality of packaging for shipment. The pearls actually rattled in the box when they were delivered. Fortunately no damage was done. A simple piece of protective foam or padding would have secured the jewelry.
