Moldy lettice
1 Star. I ordered fresh lettuce through Target’s mobile pickup and instead received a sad, moldy science experiment sealed in plastic. The moment I opened it, the smell of decay made it clear this lettuce had been on a long journey toward compost, not consumption. Limp, wet, and visibly moldy, it was completely inedible and honestly impressive that it made it past quality checks. Mobile orders rely on trust, and this lettuce shattered mine — I wanted a salad, not a reminder that expiration dates matter

So disappointed you actually let this leave your store! It is extremely wilted, extremely small portions. Clearly not fresh and should have never been on your shelves. I will not have the confidence to let you pick groceries for pick up again.

Went to pickup my order; however, when I arrived home, as I am unloading groceries to place into pantry or refrigerator, I noticed this item was not with the rest of my order. It was left out. I was too tired to go back and it was dark already. I tried to call, however the phone was never answered. Will try to notify the powers that be again regarding my missing item.

Advertised as 22 oz. I picked up my order curbside. When unpacking my groceries when I got home I noticed the Romaine hearts were not the Good& Gather brand and were small and wilted. I weighed on my kitchen scale 11 oz. Very dissatisfied that the person picking the order would give me them.
