Robitussin Maximum Strength Honey Cough + Chest Congestion DM is cough medicine that uses real honey flavor for taste, along with a cough suppressant and expectorant, that relieves your toughest cold and cough symptoms. With 19.2% real, grade A True Source Certified Honey in each dose, this liquid expectorant and chest decongestant is gluten free and contains no artificial colors. Adults and children 12 years and older may take 20 mL of this Robitussin cough suppressant every 4 hours as needed for symptoms. Each dose of Robitussin Honey cough syrup soothes on contact while controlling cough, providing chest congestion relief and thinning and loosening mucus for hours. Formulated to relieve symptoms while letting you get on with your day, Robitussin Honey cough medicine is non-drowsy and easy to measure and administer. I work in the hospital 35 years I got the flu I started using this product and it knocked the heck out of it I'm going to start taking a spoonful a half an hour of every day I go to the hospital. the honey is very good and I can't say any more about this product

Dont waste your money.
Got this thinking it would do the trick since I’m pregnant and it’s the few medications i can take. The taste alone was gross. It is complete waste of money; i felt like i was coughing more after taking medicine which gave me a headache which required separate meds. Doesn’t do anything for congestion either. Don’t waste your money.

Taste is good
During the day I like to take this to help with my cough. I love the honey flavor. The honey seems to coat my throat and help quiet the cough faster. I feel like I don’t have to take multiple doses when using this honey flavor.

Truly the most disgusting thig I have ever had.
This literally tastes and smells like sewage. I have NEVER had medicine with such a horrible taste. And, to me, it is not effective enough to taste sooo incredibly bad like this. I’ve had some of the honey Robittusins before but this one is just not okay. It truly tastes rancid. I can’t tell you to go with ANY other medicine or flavor enough. I’ve never left a review for medicine but I felt like I had to warn others to avoid this at all costs. I just don’t understand how it made it on the shelves like this.

Tastes Terrible. The only important ingredients here are the guaifnensin and the DM. Just find the other Robitussin with those active ingredients, then take some local honey separately. I have never been picky about taking medicine. Ever. This actually tastes so bad.

I love Robitussin & it’s my top choice for a cough syrup. However I didn’t enjoy the taste of this particular one! It has a tobacco taste. The effectiveness of the syrup though is wonderful! Great value and price for a good syrup! Also FSA eligible which makes it even better!

Best OC for nagging cough!
The taste is not it, but it’s tolerable. We have had flu-A and the nagging, keep you up all night cough. Tried several meds this worked best. Paid promos are not believable, so could we stop misleading people. Most people scroll right passed the paid reviews to find real ones.
