Rite in the Rain All-Weather Notebook No 146, 4 in. W X 6 in. L, Top-Spiral Yellow - Case of 12

PERFECT-sized E. D. C. notepad. For me, attempting to write on a TINY 3” X 5” is tedious and, extremely, uncomfortable. Might as well try writing on a postage stamp. The 4” X 6” size helped to eliminate hand and wrist cramps; and, can still fit in my jacket pocket, with ease; without a cover, of course. I don’t like the Fisher Space Pen-type of ink cartridge. To me, it feels like writing on a bicycle-tire inner-tube. Therefore, it became a quest to find a SMOOTH ballpoint to use with this pad. Perhaps, ONE DAY, Rite in the Rain will offer a non-coated paper option.

I’ve been carrying these for over 10 years. Used in WET paper mills, dirty steel mills, and nasty chemical plants, and never lost a recorded note, even while working in the rain. Kudos to Darling!!!

This notebook substitutes for the Fly Fishing Journal No. 1732 that I used for over a decade until it was discontinued. Certainly, you have a couple of them laying around on a shelf somewhere, don't you? As a forester with 50 years of field experience in North Idaho, I have used countless Rite-in-the-Rain products. J. I take this notebook with me everywhere, rain or shine. Fits in my pocket and it’s big enough for everything I need to jot down. I’m super happy with it. Highly recommend.

I love all of your products and use them extensively for my work. I have noticed that once the UNIVERSAL notebook is used, my front cover "curls". The notebooks that have not been used yet, their covers stay flat. Any thoughts/ideas? Other than that, I am a very satisfied customer.

This is the perfect device to write ideas and more in your bath.

we use this notebook daily in the water to document where our farm gear is placed - sometimes in pouring rain - always wet.... never a problem reading what we wrote at the end of the day to transcribe the data into our farm database. we call it our "handy dandy notebook" :)

No matter what situation I find my notepad in, it cleans off and ready to write. Grease, dust, or grimy dirt, wipes off and writes. Pages are a little tougher to rip unlike the store pads.
