"The Champagne Glass is perfect for developing champagne’s complex characteristics.
This glass allows the wide range of aromatics to unfold. Unlike a flute, the egg-shaped design allows the complex layers to grow and intensify, and the larger rim diameter enables them to be released in a way which is not achieved with a narrow glass. The glass also includes a 'sparkling point' to aid the formation of the Champagne bubbles. As part of the Performance series, this shape was re-developed in 2018.
This glass is perfect for light, fresh, dry champagnes, proseccos and sparkling wines.
This product is made of clear crystal glass.
RIEDEL Performance is the first wine glass series ever to feature bowls with a light optic impact for better aromatics. Co-designed by both Georg and Maximilian Riedel, RIEDEL Performance is a technologically advanced and user-friendly collection of grape varietal specific glasses.

Perfect champagne glasses paired with the perfect price
We already have these champagne glasses and discovered that we needed more over the Christmas holiday. We love them! We’ve discovered that this design lets the champagne breathe and we can catch better nose and tasting notes than if we use fluted champagne glasses. I usually purchase from a department store but this time I googled Riedel champagne and to my surprise, Target popped up. This is a GREAT deal. Best price around and the glasses are no different than the ones I bought elsewhere. The glasses were also packed very well.
