tames my frizzy curly hair into smooth silky locks
it works great for me. I brush my hair first. I have curly hair. my hair grows in size when I brush out my curls. and this brush makes it straight, silky and shiny. my daughter's both say it gets caught in their hair. If you brush out any knots, section hair and don't over load the brush with too much hair it's really smooth. I never get it stuck in the silicone bristles. I have curly/frizzy hair and this tames and straightens it out really well for me. when used properly it works wonders.

Grippy bristles
Hair gets stuck on the silicone bristles so easily…and while I struggle to detangle it, it’s simultaneously getting fried by the heat…so much so that it doesn’t even form a curl, it just frizzes up. I’m blonde, and the pieces of hair that have become intertwined within the rubbery bristles are literally burnt orange because of the heat

AWFUL!!! Causes hair loss, mangled hair, and migraines!!!!!!! DO NOT BUY!!!
If I could give this a negative 100000, I would. Do NOT purchase this item. I have owned thermal brushes before and none of them have good longevity, but I managed to use this brush on 2 strands of my hair. The first got so mangled and tangled, it took me an hour to get it out of my hair. I thought it was user error so I tried a smaller piece. It immediately tangled the second time. Took 10 minutes to untangle. I lost WADS of hair. I have a migraine. I broke a brush in the process. My hair is broken off. The texture of the prongs on the brush is NOT meant for hair. It's rubber and sticks to hair and tangles it. You WILL end up with hair loss and tangles. Awful product. Omg I have never experienced such an awful product! Returning tomorrow.

Pulls, knots, and hurts
The silicone bristles were hurting me and pulling my hair out. I almost had to cut my hair off of this brush because it was knotted so badly and my hair was actively burning so I had to unplug the product to prevent more damage l. Mind you, my hair was fully brushed and straightened before me using it. I’m having to return this product, it is an absolute ‘NO’ for me.
