A Great Primer Overall
This primer i bought on accident so it genuinely surprised me but in a good way. It goes on smooth and gives my skin a more even look without feeling heavy or greasy. I noticed my makeup sat better throughout the day and didn’t cling to dry spots as much. The brightening effect is subtle but enough to make my skin look a little more awake. It didn’t blur everything into oblivion, but it definitely improved the overall finish of my foundation. I’d reach for it again when I want a simple, reliable base that makes my makeup behave and does its job.

I have been using this primer for a few weeks now and I’m really impressed with how it changes the way my makeup wears and how my skin looks under it. I love this primer. It makes my skin super glowy and the pump is also nice for cleanliness. The coverage is very light, but nice if you want the your skin but better look. The scent might throw some people off as it's slightly citrusy, but overall good product.

Poor packaging
I’m not sure this product does anything for me - I’m new to using it. After about 3-4 uses, the pump stopped working. To me, this makes it irritating to use, so I’ll seek out something else.

It works really good

Terrible product which is extremely disappointing considering the old version worked so much better. I look like I washed my face with oil after using it. I shine bright like a diamond and Not in a good way. Would not recommend.

Good product that keeps the shine down but tends to flake in areas on skin if agitated.
Good product that does work to minimize the shine on my skin. Only downside is for whatever reason it tends to flake when agitated or near skin creases which is kind of annoying to fix.

Worst Primer EVER
I honestly didn’t like anything about this primer. It burned and irritated my skin and it has caused flakiness in my foundation the two times I’ve used it. It isn’t a lack of pre-hydration. I have a very nice, hydrating skincare routine. I’ve tried it with foundations both water and oil based.. Same result. Truly horrible product. If I could give it zero stars, I genuinely would.

Revlon has lost a customer. Their old Photoready primer was the best on the market bar none - luxury or otherwise. This new primer does not even come close. It flakes and emphasizes pores to the point I actually threw it out after using it twice. Don’t bother buying or trying it - I’d give it no stars if I could. Revlon should listen to consumers and bring back the original primer.

Not good for oily skin
Revlon Prime Plus Primer fell short for my oily skin. Despite its initial velvety feel, it failed to control excess oil, leaving my skin shiny and makeup prone to slipping. The texture didn't suit my oily complexion, causing foundation and other products to struggle with adherence. Unfortunately, the primer's formula wasn't the match I hoped for, as it couldn't tackle the challenges of oily skin and effective makeup application. Disappointing for those with similar skin types.
