Pillow isn't good and the returns team is ghosting me.
The pillow just didn't work for me as it was really flat. I have tried to return it and multiple times. At the self serve online portal. Once I hit submit it says i will be contacted in 24-48 hours and nobody ever does. DO NOT ORDER UNLESS YOUR ARE 100% SURE YOU WANT TO KEEP THESE OVERPRICED PILLOWS.

I got the medium size and it’s not comfortable at all. It’s not thick enough when you put your head on it... it feels like you have sleeping with head on mattress .... Already returned and waiting on refund and box was crushed when it arrived,,, too expensive for crushed box

I was super excited for the Evercool Cooling Pillow, but I didn't find it a cooling or a good pillow. Make no mistake, I love and use Evercool Sheets. I found the pillow, very flat, squishy, and warm. Sorry Evercool.

Didn't work for me.
I love everything REST has but the pillow didn't work for me sadly. I got the high one and it was not thick enough for my liking. I did feel the cooling benefit as well.

I FINALLY found the Perfect Pillow!!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’ve been wanting to try this pillow for awhile but couldn’t justify the cost but let me tell you, it’s worth it! I’ve tried the purple pillow and several others that purport to be the best but they’re not. The contouring of this Rest pillow is what takes the cake! I no longer have to get to the very edge of the pillow to feel like I’m not being smothered. It’s just SO cool and comfortable!! I recommend this as the Best. Pillow. Ever!!

Nice pillow just not as good as I was expecting
The pillow advertisement makes it seem that the 4 inch pillow is significant and that it holds it shape meaning it’s firm. The pillow is not firm in the least. Your head sinks significantly and you can feel the pillow is not significant. The sheet is soft and it stays decently cool but it’s just not good enough for me to sleep on. I use it as an extra pillow to prop myself up and watch tv and it’s very comfortable for that purpose. Would I buy another one... absolutely not. It’s way too expensive to under perform the advertising. But, as I said, I making do with it because it’s paid for.

A little too soft and not that cooling
I find the pillow a little too soft. Probably should have gotten the larger one but I also don't find it as cooling as I thought it would be.
