Great bounce and shine!

This is a great product! I have been taking it for years now, and when I look back at photographs of myself before I started taking it, I cannot believe how thin my hair used to be. Now, in my early fifties, my hair has actually improved its vitality from when I was in my early forties. I used to have trouble growing outmy hair and now my hair grows quickly and has great shine. It's a bit on the costly side, but it works well.

It Works

I was delighted that my hair from the root grew out noticeably stronger, therefore it now has body and lift from my scalp where previously, it had grown so fine and weak along with my aging, it laid flat on my head. This product delivers.

Has Improved My Nails

At the end of the year, my nails looked flakey and dry so I decided to try this product. I have been taking it for several months and the quality of my nails has definitely improved, and they do seem to be shinier and more flexible (as well as less easy to break). The downside to this product is its price!

I do plan to order again

I bought this product to grow my hair stronger and longer but didn't notice a difference, i well continue use it but its very expensive, it said that it should be used for 90 days so i will need to purchase two more bottles

just started taking

I just started taking these a month and a half ago, so I can say if these really work yet. But according to my hair stylist who has gorgeous, long hair, they are great in taken consistently (3 months minimum). So we'll see.
