Terrible

This is the first time I have ever written a review for Target, and it is only because of how misleading this dresser turned out to be. Starting with the delivery, I ordered two 6-drawer dressers. They arrived in about a week, which was completely fine. What surprised me was that each dresser came in a single box weighing exactly 100 pounds. The issue was not that it was one box, but that the box was extremely heavy, long, bulky, and awkward to move. When unboxing, I was immediately concerned by the amount of sawdust. While most of it brushed off easily, some of what looked like sawdust was actually paint chipping off the edges. This was disappointing, though it appeared to be on an internal piece that would not be visible once fully assembled. Like most furniture instructions, there is an early diagram showing all the included hardware, such as screws and fasteners. The diagram indicates differences between screws labeled A and a, as well as A1 and a1. However, there was no clear explanation or diagram showing what A1 and a1 actually looked like. When I started assembling one of the first drawers, the instructions emphasized that using the A1 screws was very important. Since I could not identify which screws were which, I laid them all out to compare sizes. The quality control was poor, as the plastic hardware varied inconsistently. Eventually, I gave up trying to tell them apart and used the regular screws instead. I included a photo of this in my review. After assembling one drawer, I paused because the drawer itself was extremely small. It immediately made me question the overall size of the dresser. I went back to read reviews more closely and noticed that many of the five-star ratings were coming from websites other than Target. The reviews actually posted on Target frequently mention poor quality, low value, and issues with the wood, often stating they would not recommend it. It became clear that many of the positive reviews were pulled from third-party sites, likely inflating the product’s rating on Target. At that point, I decided to return both dressers due to the smaller-than-expected size and the misleading reviews. Before doing so, I compared it to our current dresser, the IKEA Malm. The size difference is honestly laughable. The drawers on this dresser are so small they seem designed for a toddler. This is not a full-size dresser unless you own very few clothes or live in a college dorm. The staged photos on the product listing do not accurately represent the true size, and that feels intentional. Overall, I would not recommend this product. Now I am left returning two 100-pound boxes to Target. Hopefully this review helps others realize that this dresser is not what it appears to be and is extremely misleading.

Dresser is not as advertised. Very cheap quality and not worth the price. The drawers are very shallow and not suitable for a bedroom dresser.

It was a week late than original delivery date, didn't update delayed details for about 3 days and then it had a large crack in the center when I opened it all up.

missing a piece, other than that solid dresser. once you assemble the base everything is repetitive / pretty easy.

Drawers are very very small

Think of junk. Step two does not tell you which rail goes where. God that would be simple.

Too flimsy

Not deep enough to fit anything but baby clothes, very thin material and cheap design.

Do not waste your money. The drawers are super narrow. It’s embarrassing how small the drawers are. Not functional at all unless you decide to put tiny baby clothes inside. Very cheaply made. Do not buy.

Was missing all rails and hardware. Just had the black wood pieces and nothing else. What’s the point of me buying if you’re not going to give me the product?

Looks nice, small space to storage your clothes. The material is not real wood and kinda thin, but if you want a pretty drawer you'll be happy!

Very poor quality of wood wouldn’t recommend anybody buying this. Drawers are not even an inch deep and don’t hold basically anything.

Considering these thing is already difficult to put together... i cant believe the instructions are wrong. Where it says to screw in the rails do not match up with the pre drilled holes. The rails should be flush with the edge of the board and the instructions do not indicate the correct holes to screw into to make te rails flush with the edge. If you buy this make sure to double check the instructions and pictures. They contradict each other. I had to go back and unscrew and redo 16 rails (an extra hour+). Very frustrating.
