I'm a home quilter with limited space and this board is great. I did remove the iron holder to save space. Easy to go up or down, nice feet that won't scratch my wood floors and a beautiful surface. Worth every penny.

This is an excellent tool for the home sewist; I originally bought the 2 in 1 ironing board, but didn't like it, since there was a ridge where the square piece meets the board. This 1 continuous piece square board is much better, lighter, easier to handle.

Using a small, rickety ironing board for most of my life suddenly got to me and I began researching what's new under the sun. That's when I discovered the Reliable family of products. My new board is half the weight of my old one, raises smoothly to what seems like an infinite number of levels, holds my ironing station on the convenient rack on the end which gives me the full length of the board to press my clothing or sewing projects. I'm so sorry I suffered with my 1970's model when there are such improvements available for the home sewer. I could easily justify the cost of this ironing board in terms of quality, ease of use, improved utility of my ironing board and the fact that it will last longer than this 70- year old seamstress.

I like this board a lot. I like its width, because It is much easier to iron pants and sheets on it.
