Q: There is a sticker on this cup that says extra straw included. I’m wondering exactly what that means. I bought one and when I opened it up, there is only the silicone part not the bottom plastic part is this an issue should I return it? For a new one?

Q: Why does my kids juice keep coming up the straw and leaking out? 😭 It's a cold normal drink! Happens with both the cups I bought for them. So frustrating to come back to a pool of juice that was just sitting there for a bit!

A: China is currently the only country with factories that produce vacuum-insulated stainless steel products. The Tritan material is made in the USA, but the injection and bottle manufacturing of the material is done in China.

Horrible cup! The green part detaches from the straw and it is what makes it leak proof. The straw is thick so if that part is removed it immediately leaks. My sons figured out how to remove it so this cup is no longer useful. Without the green part the straw is literally too short to be used. I strongly dislike this cup I can’t believe all the good reviews! Too expensive for this horrible of a design.

Ugh I want to say I love this bottle because it’s so cute and feels sturdy BUT the top is a mess. Sometimes I spend a minute trying to line it up properly in order to screw it tight enough so it won’t spill too bad. It is definitely NOT spill proof.

Strong and sturdy base with poorly executed lid.
Bought one for my daughter for Christmas 2024 (9 y/o at the time) and within a few months one of the tiny plastic arms at the base of the large latch or flip-top lever (not the small one in the center that you put a straw in broke. With this piece broken, the lever easily comes off leaving both holes unsealed, and of course no longer leak proof. I came to this site in hopes to order a replacement lid, however the cost is not practical. Sorry. My daughter wanted to include that she liked the grip on the bottom, but does not like that when you drink from it without the straw, the center cover touches her nose.

The seal fell off..on which rim does the silicon seal set to keep the liquid inside..no dripping. Can I purchase a new seal? I really like the tight seal..no spillage!

My grandson is 18 months old. His mom and dad have been looking for a cup that doesn't leak for a while. I saw this one and ordered it for them. No dice. If my grandson bends the straw, it leaks. He also very quickly figured out how to move the latch that allows him to drink from it like a cup instead of using the straw. Water all over the place.

After a while it started leaking. From the sip lid area. Was not able to take it anywhere out with us and eventually once it started spilling with house use too, I had to throw it out. I would not buy it again.

For being “leak-proof” this tumbler sure does leak ALOT. I fight to get the lid on correctly every time we use it and 95% of the time it leaks. My daughter just brought her book bag home soaking wet because it leaked all over everything. I would not recommend.

Pros and Cons, Cons make products useless.
Love 2 part straw that helps it seal in lid and multiple ways to drink out of lid. However after having the main lid seal come off when my daughter had it at school, the cup is now useless. After looking at most reviews this is a common problem, and there are no replacements available for any of the seals. Note to manufacturers stop making cups to sell for a hot minute and gets some parts stock available before your reviews cost you sales!

They were good for a couple weeks
Within the first few weeks every single round silicone flip broke off so we can't even move from straws to it being a regular cup and there's no replacement parts so I have great cups with absolutely useless tops. "Thought of everything" sure did bud. That's why they're destined for the garbage unless I can find new tops.

2 of my kids have these cups and they are a hit! I love having a stainless steel option for them. Water stays colder longer. Easy to clean in the dishwasher. Not 100% leakproof, but as a mom of 4 littles, I know there really is no such thing as a fully leakproof straw cup. However, this is a really nice, affordable option. My girls love the design on their cups. One has the mermaids and the other has the unicorns.

Print peels off
We bought the cup about three weeks ago while on vacation in the USA. Since our return, we've been using it every day and washing it by hand. The print on the cup is already peeling off. By the time we start kindergarten in four months, the cup will probably look very used.
