Not so good

I received a tub of the black licorice for a Christmas present from my daughter. It is very hard and difficult to chew. It also has an unusual odor to it. Twizzlers is still my favorite!

Great tasting black licorice

I used to buy 1 lb bags of American licorice company black licorice from my local grocery store. But after they stopped stalking this black licorice I discovered I can order it directly online, and do so several times a year. Great tasting black licorice, a good value and nice texture too!

bought these not long ago, ordered 3 tubs, 1 was broken into, all where harder than rocks,,you would think this place makes them they would be fresh, but NOOOoooo they are NOT !!

WHEN DID YOUR RECIPE CHANGE?

They tasted a little off. When I read the ingredients I realized why. The last time I purchased these was several years ago and molasses is no longer on the ingredient list. I spefically purchase these because I believed they were made with molasses as they used to be. There are plenty of varieties available locally that are not made with molasses. I will not be purchasing again. Disappointed in the flavor.

Best Black Licorice!!

This black licorice is amazing soft and full of flavor. Difficult to find black licorice locally in anything but small packages imagine how surprised and happy I was to find this treasure in a tub. I will be purchasing again soon as I have almost eaten the whole tub in 6 days 😱🤣

So fresh!

This arrived so fresh. Loved that part of it but the ingredient label on the website did not reveal the full list of ingredient in the black licorice. I would have preferred to know beforehand that is contained artificial colors.

Now with artificial food coloring

I was enjoying this for awhile, but they started putting artificial food coloring in this. I was originally buying the Black Licorice because of it was free from it. This will deter me from future purchases.

Best Ever!!!

I purchased this as a gift for myself! I love black licorice and find it hard to find delicious flavored black licorice in most stores so when I had the opportunity to purchase this online I jumped at the chance to treat myself to the best licorice in the world in my opinion!!
