Instruction manual is worthless

It’s looks nice and serves the purpose I need it for(playroom storage) BUT assembly was terrible. The instructions basically were worthless as many of the parts looked nothing like the parts listed in the instruction booklet. I had to improvise and put foreign pieces together in hopes they were correct. Thankfully I was able to figure it out, but it was very frustrating. The manual said it had 23 wooden parts and I only had 18. It all worked out in the end and I technically wasn’t missing any pieces, it’s just that the inventory list and instructions are completely different than what they actually give you. Also, it’s a little flimsy, but I wasn’t expecting super high quality either with the price.

Looks amazing in the end, but assembly was rough!

I love how this entertainment center looks once it’s finally put together — it’s beautiful and really completes my living room. But I’m not going to lie… assembly was very hard. My dad even had to come over and help, and it still took a while to get everything lined up. One of the cabinet doors needs to be adjusted and moved up a bit, so I’ll still be tweaking it. Overall, though, once it’s set up, it really does look great. Just be ready for a challenging build!

If you buy this make sure you check all pieces before putting it together. I put it all together to find out that one of the last pieces was damaged and paint is chipped off. Now, I don’t want to go through the hassle of taking it apart and returning. This will be the last time I purchase from a partner company that Target has

PB look for less!!

Assembly was straight forward, I did it solo and took me 2 hrs but it was easy! This piece is extremely aesthetically pleasing but it’s cheap.. so it’s not super sturdy and sold. It’s perfect for what I need it for currently with young kids. I am pleased and I’m glad I chose to take a chance. It’s a looker that’s for sure!! If you want pottery barn look & are okay with not PB quality, then this piece is for you!

Damaged part

Don’t make the same mistake we did by ordering this cabinet. We assembled nearly the entire cabinet only to find the last piece (top piece) was cracked all the way through. When we contacted Target to send us a new piece, they said they couldn’t and we would have to either order the cabinet again, have it shipped to us, put our damaged piece inside and send it back OR take the entire cabinet that we already assembled, load it up in our vehicle and drive it to a Target store to return. They made sure to tell me that once I get there they may not be able to refund it, and I’d have to take an additional step of contacting Target Marketplace to try to have someone defend my refund. Absolutely absurd. The friendly man on the phone made sure to tell me to get a flatbed cart first to wheel my already assembled furniture piece into the store to possibly get my refund denied. Ludicrous. If you want to go through this headache, buy this
