[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received the Kiels Rare Earth Poor Minimizing Clay Mask as a courtesy to test and review. I absolutely love the clean and concise packaging. I suffer from eczema and this clay mask is gentle on my skin and does not leave it with a burning sensation. The clay itself is gray and smooth and is scent free. I have tried applying to both dry and wet skin and recommend a thin all over facial layer to dry skin. The clay goes on smoothly wet and is quick to dry. A little of the product goes along way. The clay is not too thick that it is difficult to wipe off. I feel that this clay mask is a great way to unwind at the end of the day and the fact it minimizes and cleans pores as a bonus. I do notice that the day after I tend to need to wear a moisturizer but with my skin I would need to wear that anyway. I would definitely recommend and will repurchase.

I'll start with the packaging, which is very basic for this type of product, although it does include all the necessary information for using it. It has no scent whatsoever. Application and removal are very easy, however, it didn't work for my skin. After removing the product, I noticed it had caused breakouts. I don't know why, but I didn't like it. I didn't notice any significant change in my pores. This is definitely not the product for me.

Only a thin layer of mask is necessary. Texture is like clay, pretty thick but manageable. There is no powerful scent so thats a bonus as I also have sensitive skin.

The only downside for me is that is did feel stingy on the face while it sat, which maybe is what is supposed to happen but it was not my favorite. The direction time is accurate and it was a thick consistency so it did not take much product to apply effectively. No residue but took a little bit to get it all off. It made my skin look amazing and felt so clean.

My skin in butter soft after removing if. I cannot believe the difference after just one use. I’ve now been using it every night for the last two weeks and my skin has completely changed. The product is very smooth and easy to apply. The cooling effect makes my skin feel awake. I The dry time depends. If you apply a thick layer it will take longer. I feel I apply enough to have a good layer and it took about 8 minutes to dry. I felt so clean and refreshed after washing it off. The packaging is perfect. There is a mild off scent to it but that’s just the clay. Highly recommend this product!
