One vitamin to rule them all!

Only woman's vitamin on the market that contains Black Cohash (and reduced my hot flashes significantly as soon as I started taking them. I recommend them to allll my friends in menopause!

My teenaged son takes these faithfully, with no complaints about the tablet's size. When they ran out, he asked me to order more. They've become hard to find for a reasonable price, but I was glad to find them through the company website.

Typical vitamin. Obnoxiously large/hard to swallow. I can't say any vitamins I've ever taken have made me feel like I've done anything different, these are no exception.

So far, so good!

I started taking these prior to my first round of IUI next month. No major side effects and not huge pills, so fairly easy to take with a whole bunch of other supplements.

Perfect if you have a sensitive tummy

I have a really sensitive stomach & issues with acid reflux. I’ve tried so many different prenatals and they ALL gave me problems. This is the only one that has worked for me without aggravating my stomach at all. I just wish it was easier to get.

Great multivitamins for teens

I like the Rainbowlight Active Heath Teen for my 15 year old daughter. It helps her a lot especially when she have period because she mostly have heavy period and this multivitamin seems to work good to restore the iron she lost every month. My daughter doesn't like the taste but I'm glad she get use to it now. It's a very good multivitamins because it has no iodine.

Really helped my son's acne

I bought these a little more than a month ago for my son to try and it has been very effective for his skin acne problem. The only caveat is the size of the tablet: he has a hard time swallowing it. Please make a mini-tab version of it!! Overwise I would give it a 5 stars!
