I feel like this product really helped my skin care products get the best absorption. It really helped the products get into my skin. I feel like this product is stronger than most so for sensitive skin you should do a patch test. But for me it’s a good product to add to my rotation for my skincare. I would definitely say that I would however recommend skipping a few days in between since this product is on the more higher range in intensity.
