What to like or dislike about it is not the question. It’s because I haven’t received this order. So I hope that you will not charge me for something that I don’t have. It says that it was delivered, but I didn’t received it. It would be nice if I have received it, it’ll resolve the problem we’re having with the air conditioner. So I hope that you can understand how I feel. I don’t think anyone likes to be charged for something that you don’t have or received.

Unit not as advertised. Not a 10,000 unit but only a 6000 unit

This is not a 10,000 BTU unit. It is only a 6000 BTU. Other reviews show the same complaint as mind. Bought it for my bedroom But not sufficient to do so. I talked to a woman and she offered me credit back but I cannot find where I have access to this offer. Also o cannot get the remote to work either. Changed the batteries several times but it does not work at all. Please advise of YOUR next move in this issue. Very upset with this transaction.

Great A/C in All

I bought this unit a couple of years ago and it’s still working great! Delivery was spot on, and setup was super easy—even for someone like me who’s not into gadgets. I really like that it has a built-in dehumidifier too.The only small issue I’ve had is with the control panel.

Great buy for a studio apartment

It’s heavy and you’ll need help lifting it. Easy set up. I have a studio that’s about 400 sq. ft so it’s perfect size for me and cools the room well for the price point. It’s average on quiet sound. Good purchase. It came well packaged too.
