We've been ordering these storage boxes for our records that need to be kept for 3-7yrs. We've reordered hundreds of times and I don't see that changing any time soon!

Ordered over 300 to archive and move files. They were very easy to assemble and fit our open files nicely. Very heavy duty, and did not have issues picking up and moving the full boxes. Easy to move by hand or with a dolly.

It would be helpful if the manufacturer would identify which boxes can be used with hanging folders. Most can't. Some will take hanging folders, but the lid won't fit. You have to buy them and then return them to find out which ones work. This is aggravating for the customer and costly to the retailer and manufacturer because they can't be restocked after they are assembled. My suggestion would be 1) Identify which boxes can take hanging folders on the web site, 2) Show pictures of them with hanging folders in them, and 3) Print it on the sales packaging and on the box itself.

I had previously purchased the standard weight boxes, and was reasonably happy with those, but we need to archive our hard copies for 10 years and occasionally need to have boxes transported back and forth from our storage facility to our office (and tossed around and stacked under other cartons in the process), so the heavier weight ones seemed more appealing. Pretty happy so far with the additional heft; seems like it would improve the durability to a meaningful degree.

Have been using these storage boxes for decades and they have served me well for storage, filing and moving. Not sure what I would have done without them.

Working the polls in the states and these were purchased for the task at hand. Excellent ease of assembly and sturdy like a big metal truck.

We've been back to Costco several times over the last few years to buy more 10-packs of Bankers Boxes (CRC 00743). We keep finding more useful ways to use them, as they are economical, rugged, and strong enough to stack way up there. We've archived family heirlooms, tax and other business documents, manila folder files containing all kinds of documents such as study notes, appliance documents, user's manuals, customer letters, also electronic parts, art supplies, tools... you name it, we've probably stored it in these boxes! I like how they stack very stable and secure, how I can label them easily with a felt tip pen, and how they are just the right size to be handled easily, yet they hold a lot. These boxes are "just right" in so many ways.

These boxes are so easy to use and having the top attached with no tape assembly is a big bonus. I love them. During our recent office move we used over 120 of them and not one broke and all can be re-used.

Boxes are much better than other brands we've used in the past. They are durable, stack well and can hold a large amount of files. The only negative is that the lids seem to bend at the corners when folding them. Otherwise, boxes work really well for storing files.

These boxes are great and are the companies go-to for archiving hard copy documents. We use on-site storage in the manufacturing warehouse so these boxes get covered in dirt/dust and occasional humidity and they really stand the test of time. I like the size as you can pack them full but they are still a reasonable size to easily carry. The best part is how easy they are to assemble, you can make 30 boxes and lids in 30 mins.

The box is great but I cannot for the life of me figure out the correct way to assemble to top. Does the little flap for the handle stay tucked in or out??

I work in the Engineering Records department of City Hall. These boxes are very high quality. They had reinforced sides and bottom. Very thick and durable. They have different color options and they look great compared to general brown cardboard. I assembled them easily. They work great for the quality we need as far as long term record retention here at our office. I wouldn't order anything else. There isn't anything this quality on the market. If your going to buy boxes, don't waste your time... order from BankersBox!

I needed a sturdy, portable cardboard box for archive storage and this product fit the bill. I was also looking for easy assembly and this product was no problem to put together. There is ample space for specifying the contents. I would highly recommend this product for storage purposes.

We have had bankers boxes in the garage storing files for a number of years. Over time the weight of them being stacked destroyed several lids/boxes and it was time for replacement. This time we went with a heavy-duty R-Kive box and they are obviously a lot firmer than the previous boxes. The lids could probable use a second layer on top (for stacking) but for the time being they should be fine.

I have purchased over 100 of the boxes, assembly is quick and easy. They are sturdy and long lasting. I will continue to use the product. A+

These Rkive banker's boxes are great for long term storage. A sinch to assemble, light yet strong and durable even during moving from one site to another. I would highly recommend these. We have our business files archived at an offsite warehouse and these boxes have lasted us for YEARS!
