Quercetti Roller Coaster Marble Run - Starter Set: Creative Science Toy, Includes Marbles, 94-Piece Plastic Set

What I liked about the coaster is that if it were to be sturdy as it’s supposed to be this would be great. Unfortunately it lacks stability and the directions are in a different language. Also it’s not working due to lack of height. I had to use the box to make it work. It’s missing a piece I believe. Will do a product return.

I found this set to be a great addition to my already existing set of marble racing sets. This was the first set that incorporated the "rail" system and I was unsure how it was going to tie in to the others. Even though there is no direct connection path between the two major styles (block and tubes, and rail), I found the transition to be good. It actually helps develop the planning motor skills since now my children have to visualize how the marble will leave one type of set and move to the other. As far as the instructions, I have stated from previous reviews of other Quercetti sets, it is an Italian company attempting to create instructions for an international community. There are no words so everything is image based and can be confusing at first. Like I stated in my review of the Quercetti Marble Race set, take a moment after you unpack the box and look at all the pieces, after a couple of minutes it is easy to figure out how each piece reacts with each other. I will say that this set by itself will not give you a lot of options as a stand alone set however purchasing another set or even the Quercetti Roller Coaster will give you plenty of rail tracks to make tracks with plenty of entertainment value.

Horrible directions. No stability. It was put together Monday and in the garbage Tuesday. It’s very very lack luster
