I like the look and feel of these sheets, they are cute, whimsy, and soft! I’m not sure why other reviews say they are rough, I’ve washed them three times so far and they aren’t rough at all. The shipping on the other hand (holiday season) was far more rough… but the sheets were worth it!

shame on you, Target! I bought this set for a second time because I loved how the first set felt. soft, warm, almost like a flannel sheet. perfect for autumn and winter. well, this second set is nothing like the first! this second set is rough, like cheap material. I even washed and dried it. awful, but I can't return it now. boo! hate how a company will change something to save themselves money. tag says they're the same but they're not. do not recommend anymore!

It’s so hard to find cute toddler bet sheets. We love these, they’re just a little rough until you wash them several times. Even though I wash on cold & tumble dry low, they do shrink a little after 3 washes and it’s hard to get on my daughter’s mattress with her mattress topper on.

Disappointed in Pillowfort
These sheets, though beautiful in color, are not good quality cotton. I have washed them 5 times trying to get the fabric to soften, but to no avail. They are scratchy, not comfortable at all next to the skin. I guess not all cotton sheets are created equal. Pillowfort needs to go back to the weaving standard on this one.

Does not fit both twin and twin xl like past pillow fort sheets did
I bought these and another color for my twins. All past target branded sheet sets I own are twin/twin xl so it really wasn't on my radar to notice that these are not (my mistake). So if you are used to the flexibility of the former pillow fort microfiber sheets fitting both sizes, these are strictly twin size. Unfortunately I didn't catch myistake until they were washed and mattresses were acquired 4 months later. My mistake aside they are cute print and seem sturdy.
