This QFX® PBX-8008SM rechargeable PA speaker - with wired microphone and speaker stand - lets you pack a punch at your next party, music/vocal performance, or speaking engagement. The Bluetooth® speaker features dual 8-in. woofers to deliver full-range audio. Keep the party alive while playing music from a variety of sources including FM radio, Bluetooth®-enabled devices, or music stored on USB drives. You can also connect your favorite portable audio player directly via the auxiliary input. Using a second PBX-8008SM speaker (sold separately) at the same time means you can pair the 2 of them together and enable True Wireless Stereo (TWS) sound._

This speaker was not compatible with my MP3 player. It worked perfectly with my phone, but since I will be using my MP3 90% of the time that is unfortunately irrelevant. I use an Oilsky M501 MP3 player. If I tried to queue up songs or even open the screen to see what was playing, the speaker would become super choppy and even turn itself off. Sometimes, it would turn itself off & on even if I was not touching the player. While it is advertised as portable, as in first word of the item description behind brand, it did not turn on unless plugged in despite surely being fully charged. I do wish this worked as it was reasonably priced and the lights and microphone capability are great features. Smaller things: The sound was a bit tinny.
