Q: Does this horse need to be charged?

A: Regarding your inquiry about the horse toy, we would like to inform you that it does not need to be charged. To make the horse move forward, the rider simply needs to sit on the horse and step down on the pedals, then release them. The horse will naturally move forward without the need for any charging.

Q: Is it ok to allow the horse to move backward if you unlock the casters? Or is this not recommended?

Q: How do you get the horse to work? I took it out the box and we have tried moving the pedal up and down and it does not move, do you have to attached something for it to work?

A: Please sit on the saddle and pedal the foot pedals below (sometimes more force may be required). The horse moves forward only (note it cannot move backward). If there's still an issue, please contact customer service for further help.

A: The instructions are for multiple SKUs using the same manual. In fact, this specific model 330-129 does not require a battery. We apologize for any confusion caused.

Dream come true for horse lover
Ready to go out of the box. 9 year old daughter absolutely loves it. The horse is sturdy and well made. I love the high weight limit, I think it's 130 pounds, so big sister can ride it too. We even got a real mini pony halter that fits this ride on toy, so she can practice leading it around. Highly recommend. Better than the hover board one because it can be ridden in the house.

Daughter loves it rides around the house feeds it pets it. The only thing is our house is a little slim so she can’t ride it the full circle she has to get down and turn it. No batteries it’s a push feet lever deal.
