Perfect for Outdoor Entertainment Setup
I purchased this for my outside entertainment area. Connected the TV and six speakers. The volume is great. Selecting the different channel volume was a breeze. I like the rackmount as I have it outside in a hard 6U rackmount case.

Terrible experience
Multiple defective products and poor customer support. First unit had a smashed volume control, then the remote was DoA and not replaced after 3 calls after you said it would be replaced.

Confused About Surround Sound Equalizer
A little hard to figure out. The instructions are really vague. I can't figure out how to use the equalizer with surround sound, but the sound is awesome on the front channel.

Needs Better Equalizer Speakers
Arrived pretty quickly and so far everything works as it should. The only thing I think could use some work is the equalizer, the tuning isn't that great. Probably need to upgrade my speakers in order to get more clarity and definition.
