May Need to Adjust Wobble at Top of Pole
It's a nice-looking, adjustable height kiosk. The main irritation (also reported by others who bought this) is that the box holding the iPad wobbles at the top of the pole where the pivot/tilt assembly connects, giving it a flimsy feel. To resolve this, see my diagram. You will need to take the pivot assembly apart in order to get at the two screws responsible for eliminating the wobble. Those screws are only accessible from the underside of the assembly. I did this to avoid the hassle of sending it back only to get another like it. Seems that if this was done during the manufacturing process, it would save buyers a lot of headaches.

It took me two months to put it together. I have an open house tomorrow, and my iPad4 does not fit into the stand. This stand is for the outdated iPads that still have the buttons on the screens. Waste of money.
