    Defective Speakers Received, Possible Shipping Damage

    The speakers that were sent to me had problems from the start. I don't know if it was the product or bad shipping that might of damaged them

    Disappointing Sound Quality

    These speakers sound so flat. No high frequency or low end. Install was good but sound is not worth it. Replaced these with a set of Klipsch which were not that much more but sound amazing.

    Pyle Speakers Rattle at High Volume

    I've used a lot of Pyle products. They are hit or miss . Most of the time the speakers sound good, but fail quicker than they should. This time the backcan rattles. They sound fine but if you turn them up to get the drive, the backcan rattles .

    Disappointing sound quality, damaged box

    Like others said the box is gonna show up beat up. I had the corner of one bent. They looked like they had already been installed and returned. I tested before putting them in a drop ceiling and they have decent highs but absolutely no bass. I now will have to use a powered sub, its a gym so not a big deal. All that concidered they installed no problem.

    Disappointed: Non-Adjustable Tweeters, Weak Bass

    I purchased these for two reasons: 1. Fully enclosed for better base, 2. Adjustable tweeters. Well, the base is not great, as these are ported (the port looks exactly like the tweeter), and the tweeter is NOT adjsutable, even though it says they are on the box. I even disassembled one to see if it was just stuck, but nope. Not adjustable. Since I already cut the hole in the drywall, I had to keep them. Not exactly happy, but these are in a living room with 12 foot high ceilings and not for tv, so the directional thing is not a huge issue, but I have had to add a powered subwoofer to supplement them for more bass.

    Poor Packaging, Good Value

    They really need to put these in another box for shipping, first set came ripped open and damaged. sent a replacement and that box was ripped open as well, thankfully not as bad as the first. Hard to beat a pair of enclosed speakers for this price, not amazing but just fine for the low price.

    Directional Tweeters Not Effective

    Hard to find an in-wall speaker with a back box, so the good news is these are available. However, the box says the tweeters are directional and I find that not to be the case.

    Perfect InWall Speakers with Great Sound

    The speakers were exactly what I expected. The sound quality is great and we no longer use an ugly soundbar. I also purchased the center speaker as well from the same company. They all fit perfectly within the studs and the enclosed back keeps the sound from being aimed into the next room. The instructions were clear and easy to understand. Looking at the other comments, I can see some people try to put the speakers in a horizontal position instead of the vertical position per the instructions which probably would work, but isn't recommended. The install took about 25 minutes. 1. Find and mark the locations of the studs in pencil (to remove marking later) with a studfinder 2. Decide where to place them. 3. Center and level before cutting the speaker holes 4. When placing them in the wall, pre-connect the speaker wires even if the space is open behind (makes it easier) 5. To install, carefully remove the metal covers with a small flathead screwdriver or pick. 6. Tightened the screws that lock it in place (no need to go too tight) and leveled them as you tighten the screws to get a perfect look. As you can see, they turned out perfect and the sound is far superior to the soundbar we used before.
