New Umbrella
We have purchased multiple Purple Leaf Umbrellas and just bought a new one to replace one that we had in the yard for many years. My husband pulled it from the box this morning to set it up for the 4th of July weekend and noticed that one of the ribs is bent. Although the umbrella is just as beautiful as the one we had before it seems as if the quality might not be as good. Not quite sure what to do about this. He has taped the broken part to get through the day but will be reaching out after the holiday weekend to see if it can be replaced.

We recently purchased the square cantilever umbrella and are extremely pleased It's large enough to cover and protect our patio set from the sun and the angle adjustment enables shade all day long We are loving this umbrella!

10'x10' Patio Umbrella
After putting up my new 10'x10' umbrella we noticed that the crank handle got stuck and we were not able to close or open the umbrella. After speaking with Purple Leaf Service they dispatched a brand new Umbrella as a replacement. With some help from family members I was able to take down the old and replace it with the new one and start to enjoy sitting out on the patio and sipping my afternoon tea. Other than umbrella Purple Leaf makes many other outdoor products - who knows what we will get next?

I was very impressed with this umbrella and base We bought this as a replacement for a similar umbrella of a different brand that was twice the cost several years ago The purple leaf umbrella was as nice if not nicer than the one I had previously paid twice as much for Very easy to operate, looks nice, very sturdy Highly recommend

We purchased this umbrella to use around our pool area They are very well constructed compared to the last umbrellas we purchased Love the crank feature to turn them We also purchased covers to protect them from sun damage Alex was great when one of the parts for the cover was broke Got it replaced right away Awesome umbrellas!

Replacement covers are available and easy
We have had 2-3 previous units from another mfg, but our purple leaf one was still in good shape- fabric was understandably warn out after 5 years An email to purple leaf got us a quote for a new cover and instructions Katey from purple leaf made everything work out Easypeasy!

Great service!
We’ve had 2 of these umbrellas for the past 3 years - they’ve weathered all different temperatures and still look brand new!! We did have an issue with the cover on one of them, and Purple Leaf service (particularly Kate!) was so helpful at promptly diagnosing and fixing the problem. We’ve enjoyed them so much that we just bought a third for our pool for the summer!

We needed shade from the scorching Arizona sun around our pool and we didn’t want the permanence nor expense of a shade sail so we opted for this umbrella. We love how easy it opens and maneuvers with its rolling base. It’s so nice to be able to adjust it as needed. It dots the job perfectly!

In lieu of a shade sail…
We live in Arizona where the summer sun is unbearable, even when in the pool. After looking into getting a shade sail installed, we opted to get one of these umbrellas instead and it is perfect because it’s attractive, well built, and easy to operate. I especially like all the different ways it can be adjusted. We chose a base with wheels, so in addition to adjusting the umbrella as the sun moves, we can also easily roll it to be used in any area of our yard. Much more flexible and more economical than a shade sail.

After having gone through a few other products from other companies that didn’t stand the test of time, I am really happy with my large cantilevered umbrella It’s held up well, the color is pretty, and the mechanism works smoothly and seems high quality I’d recommend it without hesitation

Great umbrella
We installed the Purple Leaf 9' x 9' umbrella a few months ago and it is a great addition to the deck. We installed it directly to the TimberTech decking with 6' x 6' blocking below and it is very stable and easy to turn and open and close. It covers either the sitting area or the dining table area by turning. It's perfect!

I installed two purple leaf umbrellas In my back yard and worked with Emily who was great I had a lot of questions about using the inground stand and they helped and walked me through it I needed a rushed delivery before Father’s Day and they were able to accomadate!
