We purchased the 12x16 foot hard top gazebo to cover a hot tub we recently purchased I found the construction to be very solid and the overall quality very high We opted to have it professionally assembled and are glad we did We installed lights, fans, and speakers Can’t wait until the hot tub is delivered Our backyard oasis

My neighbor helped me Took two days One comment is to have a plate cover the leg bolts for a better aesthetic look Otherwise, pleased!

Why is there no phone number to reach you or anybody there? It’s so time-consuming to try to figure out how to reach you I’m interested in buying so much should contact me

10 boxes delivered in 4 days (wow) all inventory there, easy to follow directions, only need to make 3 new sheet metal crew holes where it did not line up by 1/8 inch supplemental step 1 instructions were key to easier assembly bolts to mount to foundation not the best so bought hammer in style with a lower top profile

I love this gazebo It does wonders for my family and I and take my backyard to a whole Nother level first I was a little sad because they didn’t put it together, but I found a young man that brought it to life for us and it’s amazing The quality was perfect The size was perfect We just love it Thanks so muchoh yeah the tie back that holds the curtains back in place it’s not strong enough for the wind The wind tore them off already I’m in need of something to hold them but your product is awesome I will return to Shop

Didn’t need to watch video on how to install the gazebo, it was easy with the instructions Definitely have recommended to family and friends

We purchased the 12 x 14 size gazebo with the navy curtains My wife and I assembled most of it, with the help of my brother-in-law to square it up, and put the 4 posts up The overall quality is good, especially the thicker main posts, and the netting and curtains The only issue was with the inner upper roof where the directions could have been a little clearer as to the fitting of the panels that held the roof main panels from the main part of the gazebo A lot of the pictures were some trial and error, but overall I would say it wasn't too bad Watched a couple of You Tube videos of folks that had put the Purple Leaf together, and each had different versions on the roof panels, and where to start, (left to right, or middle etc We found left to right the best way for us, but maybe some direction from Purple Leaf in this section would help We've had neighbors say how nice it looks, and I added a fan for the inside, as well as the lights that came with the gazebo We bought it on 'Sale' and would recommend to anyone looking for a nice addition to there outside area

My curtain zippers broke in a windstorm and they replaced them for free. Great gazebo.

We purchased an open stock (display) model in May I expected that there would be some problems with missing small parts or nuts&bolts There were, but I made a list and emailed the company I received the missing parts in under two days! The Gazebo was easy to assemble and required good planning I only needed two people to help me put up the center roof unit The rest I was able to do on my own Very pleasant setting in the hills of southwest Virginia

Installed a 12 x 16 a little over a month ago Very happy One of the postswas damaged and replacement was as easy as a phone callMy wife and I are in our 80s and installed much of it ourselves with some help from our son-in-law and daughter We are enjoying it every day

We have been so happy with our Purple Leaf gazebo Our handy man and son put it up in two days (roughly 12 hours) Everything went very smoothly - all parts were in great shape and nothing was missing The addition of this gazebo has turned a seldom used patio into an entertainment space receiving many compliments It was a great purchase

This gazebo is beautiful and a very good value for the money The installers did a very nice job putting it together and I am overall very happy Unfortunately there is a BUT to the story The unit came with 2 damaged panels The installer made me aware of it but it would have stopped the installation dead in it's tracks I decided to move forward Now every time I look at the panels, I get a little annoyed I really should be compensated for my displeasure as it would be a significant undertaking to replace those panels now A little consideration would go a long way Gerry

My wife absolutely loves this Gazebo I was impressed with the quality of it and it looks high end It took me and a friend 2 days to put this together, it is not a quick build, but it is very nice when it is finished I built the 10 X 12 and it looks very nice and gives great shade My neighbors were impressed when they saw it I would definitely buy from Purple Leaf again if I needed another product

We took our time -as some of the instructions could be confusing- but the end result was worth it Great quality

The curtain where the hook goes ripped. The medal grommet is no longer attached. Can we get a replacement curtain?
