    Unhappy with Delivery

    I received my order on 12/29/25. It was left sitting in the snow several hours before I realized it had been delivered. It was only in the manufacturer’s bag- no other bag or box. It was sitting in the wet snow and it was wet when I brought it in. Now I do not know if the food has been corrupted. It wasn’t even in my porch. I want to exchange it, but that is not an option on the app. It’s return it or keep it. I hesitate to return it because I had a 20% off coupon that will be list if I return the item and repurchase. I am not happy with this delivery at all.

    Decent Quality, Good Price

    My cats like this dry food a lot; it's a good mid range option between "natural" and very cheap cat food. We get the big bags to fill up our automatic cat feeders, and it stays fresh as long as the lids are sealed properly. The stray cats in our area seem to flock to our house for food instead of our neighbors who use a different brand, so I guess it's a crowd pleaser!

    I love that the first ingredient is chicken and that ALL of my cats love to eat this! I am a Community Cat Neighborhead Lead, and I feed many cats!
