Q: How easy is it to clean the water reservoir? I have a standing steamer already and the opening to the water reservoir was too narrow to clean. Even with distilled water you would need to clean it once in a while.

As long as it is used properly; holding the handle of the steam nozzle upright at all times and slowly sliding the nozzle vertically, from the bottom to the top of the garment, you should not experience any issues.     Missing parts, rendering it unusable.

    Parts were missing from the box, and so I was unable to use this item. The return window had expired before I needed to use the item, and I had not prioritized assembling the steamer before we needed it. So, unfortunately, we are taking a loss on this one.

    No Steam Control switch

    Works well enough to get the job done. I don't like that the handle does not have a button to control the release of steam. It is continuous once turned on. This make is a danger of steam burns. It also shortens the time between refilling the tank. The previous steamer I had from another brand, I was able to leave on and ready, but walk away temporarily without continuous steam pouring out. I am a small business owner and can't always dedicate 100% attention to steaming. I had to replace the previous steamer due to a cracked tank.

    Get what you pay for

    Unsturdy and falls over when using. Steam is hot, but not strong. The hose is super awkward and makes it difficult to get to the bottom of longer items without kinking or tipping the whole things over. I love using steamers because watching the wrinkles disappear is so satisfying — that never happened with this one. My clothes were still wrinkled (big and small wrinkles) no matter how many passes I made. Great price point, but you get what you pay for.

    Works perfectly!

    I’ve had this for over a year now and it’s been great. It’s a big step up over the small travel steamer I’d been using. This one puts out enough to quickly steam a suit jacket, dress, or trousers. It’s cut down on the need to make trips to the dry cleaners.

    Pure steam XL standing steamer w/ garment hanger

    I love this portable steamer! It can roll it out easily from my closet steam my clothes and roll it back into the closet. I have had no hissing or spewing of hot water (which I have had with my previous steamers) The hanger helps keep my garment in place while steaming out the wrinkles, and filling the reservoir is very easy. Love the product.

    I hung up 12 sets of curtains thinking the wrinkles would just fall out overtime. Six weeks later, still a wrinkled mess. This machine was a godsend. Took about 3 hours and they're all wrinkle free and look gorgeous 🤩

    Worked great for a few years, wheels are very handy to move along the house. I imagine I shouldn't have been using unfiltered water though, minerals may build up eventually. Customer service is great in finding a resolution. Would recommend this steamer.
