Fabulous for aches and pains, safe

I have hyper mobile joints so my neck and arms ache a lot. This pad is amazing! It heats right up and penetrates deep into the fascia. I can use it safely much longer than a traditional heating pad. One hour with this pad around my neck and shoulders does as much good as a full yoga stretching session. It’s very high quality and I’m quite sure it will last for years. I’m also awaiting the full body version which has been sold out in the past.

Did not last 1 year

I really love these infared heating pads but I sent my daughter 2 of these last Christmas and they both stopped working within a couple of weeks of each other. I sent her another one for her birthday so I hope this one does not poop out as well.

Great Heat for Aches

This is the third Untra-Wide Heating Pad I have purchased. A family member was complaining about pain in his back, so I told him about how this one helps me, so I gifted one to him and he loves it.

I purchased this pad to repair my old skin and relieve lower back spasms at L4/L5. While I like the weight and heat of the pad, the electrical cord insert is too hard to push in and completely connect for arthritic fingers/hands to handle so the connection is not complete. Additionally, the control switch gets extremely warm which is concerning.

Great, BUT POWERS OFF, after couple minutes.

- This is the BEST HEAT PAD, I'VE EVER OWNED - USED. But sadly it's defective, after couple of month of daily usage , it powers off, after 2-3 minutes... 😔 I would highly recommend, if it didn't have this malfunction... cause it really worked-well.

Great quality and reasonable prices!

I am definitely enjoying My new heating pad it does get very hot which I like I did notice I need to wear a shirt so that it is not unbearable. I did notice if I use the side with the wires it gets too hot for me to use when I do not have a shirt on. Overall I am very satisfied I’ve been wanting and needing a new heating pad for some time now and glad I had a gift card to spring for a new one. It really gets my blood circulating and eases a lot of my pain.

Great, good size, long heating time,

This is the best heating pad I have ever had (and I have been using one on winter nights for years). It is big, doesn't cut off for 2 hours, and has 4 heat levels from which to choose.

Well Made

We have been purchasing products from pure enrichment for years now. We wanted to try the infrared heating pads so I purchased one for my son who is in Fitness and one for my husband who has a lot of aches and pains from working as a firefighter. They really seem to help, and he definitely notices the difference!

Perfect Size Heating Pad

Very soft covering on heating pad with good heat dispersion. Not scalding heat, but expected it to be a bit hotter. Have to turn it up to high to feel any heat. I hope it not defective. Will try for awhile and see what happens. Otherwise, very good quality product for use on neck, shoulder and back pain therapy. do feel the heat penetrate.

Heating pad

This is an excellent heating pad. I ordered it roughly 6 weeks ago. I enjoyed it until the blinking light came on and the pad ceased to function. I believe my pad was defective. I am looking forward to my replacement.

The product was awesome until the blinking light came on a few months after the purchase and would not stop. however the customer service has attentive and responsive! looking forward to my replacement. This heating pack DOES work better than traditional plug in heat packs in my opinion . The heat is deeper and the healing seems to be faster.
