I got the Lemon
I don't like posting negative reviews but I had to return this faucet. I hired a plumber to install it, and when the job was complete, the faucet leaked from the housing, the pipes that are in the inside of the faucet body. It took me 3 attempts to speak to a Tech Support person at Kingston Brass. My plumber explained the problem and the Rep said it is defective and to return the faucet. Needless to say, I had to run out to a Big Box store and buy another faucet that was three times the price. I didn't want to take a chance and order another, perhaps defective, faucet. On a positive note, the faucet looked very sturdy and the satin nickel brushed finish was very handsome.

Best Ever!
I love this faucet! The fact that you can use as a normal faucet and also as a sprayer is fantastic! Long reach and easy to use! Definitely worth every penny!

Sprayer not effective
If you don't use a sprayer much then this would work fine for you. The faucet pressure itself is fine but the pull out sprayer function of this faucet has little to no pressure. It's useless except for maybe a light rinse. I'll be returning it.

Within the first year
I bought this item a few months ago installation was easy and worked simply. Within the last month the hose has began to fray and everytime I pull it out fibers come out to the hose as well. Soon it will leak before I have even had it a year

Faucet nice, hose issues
The faucet overall is well built and a great value. Easy to install. The hose, however, has a woven nylon sheath surrounding a rubber center. The sheath on ours stretched out and the hose now has a weird kink in it near the faucet head. This happened within 30 days of installation. Perhaps if the hose had a metal sheath like most other pull-out faucets we wouldn't have this problem. Returning and getting a Pfister brand from another retailer.
